You're reaching WolfStack by IP address over HTTPS. If you installed a domain certificate, your browser won't trust it for a bare IP — so the dashboard can't talk to the API. Open WolfStack by its domain name instead (the hostname your certificate was issued for, e.g. https://host.example.com:8553).
